# Fermat capture

### Add Fermat capture to your phone's home screen

If you use Fermat capture frequently on mobile, you can create a shortcut on your home screen. It works just like an app: one tap and you're in, no need to open the browser or type the URL.

Here's how to do it on iPhone (Safari) and Android (Chrome).

#### On Safari

1. Tap the **Share** icon (the square with an upward arrow) in the bottom bar.
2. Scroll down and select **Add to Home Screen**.
3. Edit the shortcut name if you'd like.
4. Tap **Add** in the top right corner.

#### On Google Chrome

1. Tap the **three dots** icon (⋮) in the top right corner.
2. Select **Add to Home screen** or **Install app**, depending on your Chrome version.
3. Edit the name if you'd like.
4. Tap **Add**.

That's it. You'll see the Fermat capture icon alongside your other apps.
