## Getting started

You'll need a Fermat account to start generating with AI. If you don't already have an account, you can sign up for free [here](https://toolmaker.fermat.app/login).

If you have an enterprise login code, follow these two steps:

2. Sign up/log in with your account.

## Explore tool interfaces

Each tool in Fermat is structured in three panels:

### Left panel: Pages and Asset library preview

* The left panel displays the different pages within the tool. Some tools may only have one default page, while others can include two or more. To switch between pages, simply click on the desired page.
* At the bottom of this panel, you'll find a preview of the asset library, which provides a quick overview of your recent AI generations. Learn more about the [asset library](/asset-library/assets).

### Center Panel: Inputs form

* The center panel hosts the tool's configuration parameters, which will vary depending on each tool.
* After setting the parameters, click on the "Generate" button below to start generating.

### Add Fermat capture to your phone's home screen

If you use Fermat capture frequently on mobile, you can create a shortcut on your home screen. It works just like an app: one tap and you're in, no need to open the browser or type the URL.

Here's how to do it on iPhone (Safari) and Android (Chrome).

#### On Safari

1. Tap the **Share** icon (the square with an upward arrow) in the bottom bar.
2. Scroll down and select **Add to Home Screen**.
3. Edit the shortcut name if you'd like.
4. Tap **Add** in the top right corner.
