Step by step guide

To change the colors, textures, and materials of your designs, follow these steps:

Open the AI tool

• Go to Fermat.app and log into your account.

• Open: 'Change colors & materials' tool.

Upload your design

Upload the design that you want to refine.

Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, and WEBP

Define the changes

Define how you want to restyle it.

Optionally, you can click the blue magic wand button to refine your description. Alternatively, upload a reference image and press the same button to analyze it and generate an accurate description based on the attached image.

Define visualization parameters

Define how much the AI model should follow your reference. This means:

• A lower value allows the AI more creative freedom, meaning it may deviate from your design and introduce new elements.

• A higher value ensures that the AI closely follows your sketch, preserving details like line contours, which may result in a less realistic appearance.

(Optional) Paint a specific area

For more accurate results, you can paint the area you want to edit on your original design. To do this, go to the 'Magic Brush' page. Learn more about pages.

Generate render

Click the 'Generate' button and let the AI process your inputs. Within seconds, you will have your new design refined.

Review the output and, if necessary, use the magic brush to improve the results.
