With Fermat you can quantize your patterns, optimizes them for printing, and ensures accurate and consistent results every time. In this guide, we'll show you how to quantize your patterns easily.

Step by step guide

To quantize your patterns, follow these steps:

Open the AI tool

• Go to Fermat.app and log in to your account.

• Open: 'Quantize your pattern' tool.

Upload your print

Upload a print that you want o quantize.

Supported format (JPEG, PNG & WEBP)

Set a number of colors

Set the number of colors that you want to keep.

(Optional) Specify colors

You can optionally specify which colors you want to keep.

Define the colors in HEX value. Separate them with commas or the tool might not work as expected.
